  • @HIjourney um water? XD that should be obvious

  • Hello are you going to answer!!

  • What is the liquid in the bowl?

  • i thought this was cool....then i realized it took more than 9 minutes to make it. Very nice video though :P

  • is the handle styrofoam??? just asking not being mean

  • @saixdude It says in the video that the handle is a dowel rod.

  • @iSamanthaLee oh ok thnx

  • and they say us blondes are too stupid to do anything! Hah! I think not!!

  • EPIC

  • If you re-enforce EVERYTHING like filling the spikes with cardboard and harden the tips by putting hot glue on it and spreading it out with a ruler (Making sure the glue says clear) then paint it as well as extra super glue everything once more they should be durable enough to do as you please. ^-^

  • How much is the dowel and were can I get all this stuff without shopping online and going to hobby lobby as I have none near me

  • where can get dowels in adelaide does any one no

    thnks if any one does

  • She got a lisp :3 but its cute :3

  • you mention Hobby Lobby alot in the video. i go there alot but i never see paper mache' there...

  • I do not understand English well, you can not pass the list of materials please? thanks = )

  • How big was the chakrams? Im cosplaying Axel...

  • i wonder if they throw well..

  • @Minishrimp2 eeeee, don't throw them!! They'll probably break.

  • @TAOX8 well he throws them xD maybe someone should make a Frisbee shaped like chakrams

  • I love you thank you so much for posting this. I cosplay as Axel and my friends are yelling at me to get these and know that I know how to make them, Im making a pair and again thank you so much

  • You, my newly made accquitance, are a LEGEND!

Seriously, you have no idea how long I've been looking for a good, but simple chakram tutorial because I'm new to this and wanna make these for a friend as a present. Thank you soooo much *huggles* ^^

  • Stick the chakrams on the ends of a pole and you have yourself a keyblade!

    Great tutorial.

  • @ShadowinEX yes a pimped out Axel version of a keyblade! lol

  • i am making axel larxene and xigbar costumes so this was really helpful thanks

  • wow these are fucking spiffy!

  • i now know what i want for my b-day. the stuff to make this XD

  • for the most part , I followed your tutorial, i just used a few different materials here & there, but these are turning out really good for me! the sanding takes forever though, so I use an electric sander instead. thanks for this though!

  • 5) when you first sand it, sand it with an electric sander and then come in with just sand paper and smooth it down

    Hope it help :)

  • I made one of these over the weekend and here are some words of advice

    1) have lots of time to do this, it takes a long time for the paper mache to dry

2)make sure you glue everything down

    3) when paper mache-ing mix the paper mache mix with cold water not hot and make the paper mache very pliable, not gooey but nice and pliable so you can just put it on there

    4) MAKE SURE THE PAPER MACHE IS DRY BEFORE YOU SAND IT

  • how long do the dowels have do be? :D

  • Excuse me, I'm not english and I don't understand all of what you say inthe vid. Can you post the name of the materials, please??? I:)

  • that is totally awsome!!!

  • hey. i used the plaster and it worked great!! i used plaster strips and they really worked! thank you for the help!

  • Do you think I could find that paper mache stuff at Micheals?

I don't have a Hobby Lobby anywhere near me. *sob*

  • do you have lowes? "Lowe's" has stuff probably.. but idk.

  • How durable will these be? Great tutorial, btw.

  • Mine turned out quite durable -- people ran into them and touched them and the spikes got hit by other cosplay weapons and they STILL managed to stay together -- however I accidentally dropped one of them onto a cement floor, and a spike broke off. So don't drop them and you should be fine!!

  • @TAOX8 lol, so it can take shit from everything but a cement floor? right? LOL

  • heyy! i have a question. i wanted to use plaster and paper mache. what woudl you recomend sealing it with first?

  • hmmm.... i've never done anything like that sorry!!! but i would recommend going to a craft store like michael's or ben franklin crafts to see what kind of sealing solution they have there. make sure it's a really good sealant because paper mache uses water, which may affect the durability of the plaster. hope that helps!!!

  • would plaster strips work?

  • thank you so much! im starting mine tomorrow

  • hey its chris from myspace XD how u doing cosplay buddddyyyyy????

  • umm.... i don't think i know you, hun.

  • y dont u just sell em? thats what id do make some then sell em on ebay or something. that way u can also make munnies 2!^^ but thx for the tutorial! it really helps!

  • let me wat u used, : tubing or large bike tire, cardboard, scissors or knives just guessing
