I am watching this movie now....great resources...masks and stuff but Im an hour in at least and theres barely even been a sword fight or any fight for that matter. the story is very confusing and requires much focus. the acting is acceptable but such a boring movie....could have been better of there was some actual action or battles...ugh waste of a redbox....

@CrewAtLiberty but the legends of elves, powerful magic items, and other trappings of LotR were taken from legends and lore from all over northern Europe. So then by your logic, Prof. Tolkien ripped them off to make his story. Read the Kalevala and get back to me on that.

I tried to watch the movie. The world is interesting as well as the characters and the story sounds cool, although it resembles very much "The Inheritance" series (a DnD world, ruled by a Dark Lord for a whole century). But it is too slow moving and more action was needed, especially in the beginning.

Looks like cool effects, and quite a good story behind it, (don't know about the dialogue but the story seems intriguing enough, mutch better than the crap fantasy book I'm reading now where nothing exciting ever happens, think it's called the necromancer or something, was 2 weeks ago sense i read it so, don't really remember) but the problem with it is the less good acting and that the town scenery is lacking somethink called credability, can't pinpoint it.. I think I'll buy it annyhow..

I believe that we will have somethng ready to show at GenCon in August in Indianapolis. However I think I heard from the the director that we'll do a larger premier showcase in Minneapolis in October. This project has been so incredibly huge for an independant company with so many working on it just for the love of making movies. Keep an eye on us!!!
