While tremendously enjoying a quite time listening to Um Kulthoum, I can't help it remembering -with great appreciation and love- my former middle school classmate in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who introduced me to her when we were 14 years old (I never liked her until then). His name is Usama Hamzah Waznah from Almadena Almunawwarah, Saudi Arabia.

He asked to just give her a try and pay close attention to her voice and the lyrics, that was ages and ages ago; I AM SO GLAD I did.
