I love how he waves that report around, which basically says that the government had all the facts already, but still couldn't protect us despite the trillions spent every year on defense, intelligence and law enforcement. The real answer of course, is to have citizens asking each other for their papers if we don't like the looks of them.

The only one who can protect you is you. Remember: when seconds count, the police are just minutes away.
