It's not russian, but ukrainian dance - named "gopak". This dance had nothing to do with Siberia, russian vodka, balalaika and so on. This thigns connected only for americans, who don't know nothing about other nations. Soviet Union broke up 20 years ago, and now Ukraine is independent country.

they don't dance gopak, because this is old dance and it's part of traditional ukrainian culture. For example, in modern Japan people don't wear kimono, don't have samurai swords, but this is part of they traditional culture.

Clip is very funny - it use with humor some stereotype which associate with Russia and Ukraine on West. But combine russian and ukrainian tradition in this way is not correct.
