@KDenDance10 try drinking water instead of eating, your body can trick you into thinking you are hungry sometimes when really you are thirsty. Drink plenty of water!

a good way to perform the dread crane aka frogstand is by lifting your head, looking ahead.
what happened to your push up just at 2:55 of the video? looked like you have lay your knee before you moved your arm. at 3:22, your form is wrong, you're training your triceps rather than your abs. rather than that, your workout looks good :)

Yeah, but do not be tricked by buyying this CD... you can do anything for free.. just go on youtube and watch a few videos of it and you will be set, also doing just Yoga will not push your body to its fullest... muscle is built becuase of stress.. if its easy then do not do it unless it is for agility, even in this video he is using weights.. just a short question,and it might sound stupid,if u do this 90x can u still go to the gym and lift weights and do diiferent things or is it just this u shdu be doing.
Because of the way the program is designed between working out and proper rest time for each muscle group, it is not recommended that you do much more weight lifting. If you are doing cardio than I would say your fine but I would not do much more with the weights since over working your muscles can actually hinder your results.

Your video is better than most. Mainly because you show yourself doing the work. Motivational words and some before and after pics leave out the most important element.
Yes, I followed the diet plan. You don't need a ton of space but you do need room to jump around and stuff. There is a lot of jumping back and forth in plyometrics.
Take the hinges off a door somewhere near your TV, you don't need to see the TV screen to do the workout. And yes, Plyometrics is a fancy word for jumping your ass all over the place so you'd need to have a decent amount of space.

Day 8 for me and a wrench got thrown in my plan. I was going to hit chest and back today with all that I've got but 5 pushups into the program I had a bad right abdomen muscle cramp. That simply put a stop to the entire program today which consists of mostly pushups and ab ripper x .I did some pullups with the bands. Anyway anyone know roughly how long I might be out?

Wow, p90x is awesome! I'm on sixth day and I've been "bringing it" with all that I have. I don't always make it to the full hour workout, sometimes stopping at 35-40 minutes - since I started so flabby and out of shape -- but I can ALREADY tell a difference. Maybe the diet has something to do with it, but there are AB RIPPER moves I simply couldn't do the first time that I can now! ... I'm in this for the long run !

1. did you "strictly" follow the p90x diet?

awesome!! am just gettin started with P90X.. itz not easy but i didnt expect it to be ill post a video wen am done with the first phase. "bring it" lookin at otherz resultz nspires me to catch up to help my sexyness cath up to me so people can see it..lol no but really this gives me hope n the will to keep goin n not give up...

wow, thats great!!! you look amazing. I use to be a personal trainer, I was averaging 15% body fat (women stats) and was pusing 750 lb with my legs 6 years ago when i took up body building. I have had 2 kids since then and would love to get back into my old life *as much as i can* and watching your utube clip, i know i made the right choice pickin up

Way to go! I'm on Day 30 right now, already seeing some results but, hoping for results like those. Some of those push-ups are kicking my ass right now lol.. Did you hit the classic or Doubles routine?

Day 8 for me and a wrench got thrown in my plan. I was going to hit chest and back today with all that I've got but 5 pushups into the program I had a bad right abdomen muscle cramp. That simply put a stop to the entire program today which consists of mostly pushups and ab ripper x .I did some pullups with the bands. Anyway anyone know roughly how long I might be out?

HELLO MY P90XERS!!!! This is a lifestyle!!!! I am glad to see more and more of your videos being posted. I am on week 3 and I feel like I am unstoppable. I have already made huge lifestyle changes with this. Love Tony and "the kids" Keep it up everybody.

Wow, p90x is awesome! I'm on sixth day and I've been "bringing it" with all that I have. I don't always make it to the full hour workout, sometimes stopping at 35-40 minutes - since I started so flabby and out of shape -- but I can ALREADY tell a difference. Maybe the diet has something to do with it, but there are AB RIPPER moves I simply couldn't do the first time that I can now! ... I'm in this for the long run !
