That is the games cover mechanic. You can hide behind something and shoot around a corner without exposing yourself. Only drawback is that it is not very accurate.

I think you may need to be connected to the SocialClub as well. Before you start the game log in to that.

I'm not a pro when it comes to computer hardware anymore, haven't been keeping up with it lately. I'd suggest getting more than 2GB or RAM.

Yes, the video editor is only available for the PC version.

Yes you need SP3, I could not even start up the game until I had it installed.

ok im on windows live, games for windoes live, rockstar social club, i start the game when its loading and the rockstar logo appears it says i can press home to see my live account ok its online, y start the game try the multiplayer and nothing.. and my copy is og fudgeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.........

Make sure you are logged into the Social Club too before you start the game up.

It should ask you to log into Windows Live when you try to play multiplayer...
