  • Neil Young manages to look like he's strangling the shit out of a guitar, and he makes it sound amazing

  • You can feel the honesty and true passion in this performance from Neil Young. Really powerful.

  • Vote for Change Tour 2004.

  • This appears to be a montage of 3 or 4 other amateur videos of some performance. Was this ever on TV? Just curious about how people find some of these videos to post on YouTube.

Very interesting to see two legendary rockers go at over a legendary song.

  • awesome, simply awesome. I simply Love Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen doesn't exactly make it any worse.

  • awesome!!!! From when and where is this?

  • @gprengel It's from the Xcel Energy Center, St. Paul, MN during the Vote for Change concerts in October 2004. The video is taken from a bootleg DVD incorrectly labeled, "Rockin' Minneapolis". The bootlegger videotaped the large video screens, which was being filmed by legendary rock doc filmaker, D.A. Pennebaker, who filmed Dylan's "Don't Look Back," "Monterey Pop," and David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars" concert films. It has never been officially released. Shame
