GReat stuff! I know how hard it is' cause i use my jump roping tricks in fitness competitions, it looks easy, but it is very hard, complicated and takes lots of energy and endurance! This guy is very skilled, and fit.

i practice rope skipping and i have tried to do that and if u try too u gonna see its really hard to do that with that speed
