@brunosmerf9 You would need to record anything you would like that cannot be added to your library. If it is already an audio file you can add it to your library and use it from that point.

@Jdr9393 make sure you have your head phones on and click the Headphones Button on the first part at the top if you know what i mean..

@xXXCoolOne55xXX yup, i tried that too, dont work, same question is being asked on the NHC forum with nobody able to answer. I plug my phones into the speaker output jack and press the button but i can still only hear one side, whichever side the cf is set to will play through the phones, then as soon as i unplug the jack the tune just plays through the laptop inbuilt speakers, as it would with a cd or itunes. most annoying

@seidi619 ok well it depends on how determined you are, you can get reason 5.0 if you want to do more basic stuff, its also easier to make dance music and trance etc now if you want to get into more professional producttion i would recommend getting ableton live, you can make dubstep with just that but if you want to really open up your possibilities use massive synthesizer through ableton. its tough to learn but it gives you a much higher production level

@seidi619 ya you can its not going to be the quality of other programs but its definitely a good place to start. check out 7 day tutorials by boyinaband (not sure if thats really his sn) he has some good reason tutorials

@ilegalvideoxrc direct recording was added in version 2.10 in March, so check what version you are using. If you have an older version you can either update, or another option would be to use another program like SoundTap to record
