  • omg looks so cute

  • say bye bye to the hermit crabzs

  • is it normal for them to swim up and down at the glass???

  • i juST GOT A BABY PUFFER last week but hasnt been eating, is there a food that i can try that he cant resist? i have tons of ghost shrimp in the tank with him but i think hes afraid of them...

  • two things that my puffer cannot resist: frozen silversides (break them into bite size pieces) or frozen clams on a half shell (raw, not the kind for humans - check your LFS). If your puffer is new to the tank and not eating after a few days he may be sick.

  • i think he is sick i woke up this morning checked on him and his eyes are getting cloudy. i hope its not too late to treat it

  • @eblocker1016 Look into soaking the food in garlic. For some reason fish live it. Your puffer is most likely stressed after being moved it shocks the system of the fish and lowers it's immunity levels for the next three days or so.

  • I can hear MAD TV in the back ground. haha. does your puffer try and eat your xenia? i have a porc too and i heard they would. did yours?

  • I've never had a problem with him eating the xenia. They told me the same thing in the LFS. I guess all fish have their own personality.

  • Would i be able to keep one of these fish in a 55gallon?

  • very nice puff great color and the eyes are amazing

  • whats that little thing crawling?

  • The little thing is part of the "clean-up crew"... aka Dwarf Blue Leg Hermit Crab.

  • cool, a realy nice puffer you have there. very interesting colour and the eyes are fantastic! how old is this puffer may i ask? oh and if anyone has any idea, are there any good websites i can read up on salt water set-ups for my little porky puffer i soon hope to get?

  • i want one!!!!!

  • nice color .. never seen that before . mine is common yellow and brown . lol . and the last hermit i had in my tank lasted 2 hours . :P

  • can you have a porcupine puffer in a soft coral reef set up

  • I've heard this is not recommended. However, Puffy never bothers the one piece of soft coral we have in the tank. He is aggresive with the hermit crabs though... he picks them up by the shell from time to time.

  • saltwater?

  • Yes.

  • yep

  • so cute

  • Looks like Clams on the half shell for mr. puffer tonight!

(lol i suck at making jokes...)

  • funny thing is... that's the name of the frozen food product he's eating in this video, "Clams on the Half-Shell" :)

  • Wow I havent seen colours like that on a porky before. Is it just because of a specific breed or it's gender or what?

  • dude if thats really coral nice job its really healthly by the look of it lol the crabs like dont eat me

  • he/she's cute!
