Well, perhaps not a story, but, like, we get shown dark streets at the start, then images of silhouettes and people through windows, like they're spying on people etc.

Then the images get more distressed, and more psychotic, images of self-mutilation and murder.

Then later on we see images of a psychiatric hospital, and morgues and stuff.

If you use your imagionation a little bit, it really does tell a story.
