Even if it was a Japan exclusive you can make a fake account that says you're from japan. Then you'll have access to the Japanese XBLA marketplace. That's how i got the demo for AC:fA when it came out.

I just got it, it's great. (Of course, it is my first Virtual On game)
I guess it's a later version than the Dreamcast port, so it has a few extra mechs.

That bgm is called Sweet Tragedy Of Dreams. This soundtrack is by far my most favourite one! You can get copies of bgms from Galbadia Hotel
