  • Sensacional... ótimo para motivar !!!

  • Amazing, congratulations!

  • this is inspiring!

  • I bet you didn't think a gringo could look this good in lycra spandex.

    HIGH FIVE!

  • Where's all the black competition? Did they get killed off?

  • White folks:

"I could make it those mountains- I got my protein shake and my Oakleys. Ya, I could survive an exodus, see?

    So I can cause one."

  • i would take the bus

  • god hahah

  • At 5:46 in this video is the real-life location where link learns the song of healing in Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask

  • la vera sconfitta e' non provarci

  • wielki szacunek dla tych ludzi

  • 5:46 is like from another planet

  • campbpar- "white folks and their races." Very strange comment.

  • @keithgray100 hahahahaha o man that comment is hilarious

  • @keithgray100 oh nevermind.. i thought he meant races as in skin color not competition lol

  • white folks and their races.

'we're going across the pyramids- it's going to be breathtaking and the 333 k is something you gotta try before you die..'

  • I think if I tryed to run 333 km I would die at the end. Im a good sprinter but my indurance sucks.

  • Crikey I thought that badwater was tough......

  • @kudos100

    agreed!

  • can i just say that your music choice for this video is flawless.

also for those that get rather bad/bloody blisters do they continue running?

  • Hi explosi1ve13,I once ran through libya and a Czech guy showed me his feet half way through the race. There was hardly any skin on the base of his feet at all.He was still going strong at the end even though his shoes were blood stained and it must have hurt beyond belief. If it becomes harder during the race due to injuries then the taste of success at the end is that much sweeter.I haven't seen anyone pull out because of blisters.Dehydration is the main culprit to finish a runner

  • your dedication and accomplishment is mind blowing - Keith did you ever hear of a guy named George Littlewood ?

Littlewood ran 623.75 miles in 6 days in 1888!!!! a record that lasted for almost 100 years - I think he would be proud of you

  • I dont have words to describe this video.

    thank u.

  • wow...speechless....

congratulations Keith for your courage , will , faith and your inner strength!

  • Why did you do this? What is it in a person that drives them to do this?

  • does anyone know what the song title is for the last track on this video? Its awesome and want to know who sings it. any ideas?

  • The song is from "The Fray"

  • thanks Keith.

    much appreciated.

I'm doing my first 50 miler in July and seeing your experience has only motivated me further

    all the best

  • Good luck with the 50 miler. If you ever have the chance of doing one in a remote wilderness somewhere I think you will get a hell of an experience.

  • thanks a lot.

yeah its a dream of mine to do that.

    thanks keith

  • @rstewa How old are you? and what race is it? got your 35 mile training down?. I only did one training run between 26.2 miles and 50.. but shit after that 30 miles mark its all in your head.. Just remember to never give up. bloody, sore, limping whatever just finish that damn race.. I did it in 11:36:50. beat my time for sure please. that day will change your life forever, it sure changed mine. Be sure to get a nice framed photo of you at the finish line.

    Good Luck

  • are you ready for training :-)

  • WELL regardless of how effortless you make it all sound :) this is exactly what I hope to achieve one day. Do most people (family) think you've a death wish or something.:) I know mine would. Thanks for the feed back. any other tips, info, or guidance you could offer would be immensely appreciated.

  • I have to know how on earth did you train and what sports were you interested in prior to such a prolific commitment to place??

  • Keith,

You are absolutely amazing. The amount of willpower and determination that you possess.

This is one of the few experiences money CANNOT buy and I'm glad that you've gone through this.

For the rest of us (most of us), we will all die without trying the 333.. I will try it someday (probably years down the road), and during the process, I will remember your success.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Sukianto

  • HOLY SMOKES I can't stop watching this! YOUR FREAKING INSANE! How do I join up? Can I shake your hand someday? Are you even human? DUDE that is SO CRAZY!!! and I've run 50 miles before! Holy freaking smokes! wow! Cool piece with the syringe.... your like the guys that ran acroos the entire sahara desert on foot.. wow.... wow....

  • i liked the syringe

  • Amazing work! Simply incredible. Someday I hope to do something similar :)

  • Fantastic. Well done. I did the 2004 333 in Tenere and got a small framed dagger thingy. And a T shirt. And a kiss from Alain! If you know the venue for the next one let me know?

    JH
