All this corruption stuff is nothing new in America. America's government has always been corrupt and unfair. There are instances of it throughout history. That is why one day we all will be standing before the REAL judge (God). Trust me although it seems they are getting away with this crap they are not. God sees all and he will judge all. When those judges, attorneys and sheriffs leave those courtrooms they gotta deal with real life like the rest of us.

What bothers me is that the corruption in Georgia Courts goes on and on and the FBI overlooks most of it. I myself have contacted them many times about a case going on right now and on one occassion was contacted by someone from the FBI that said the second judge(the first recused himself) was a good man and wouldnt do such things. That judge ended up continuing the pattern the previous judge started. Due process doesn't exist and they will railroad you. I recommend not going anywhere near GA.

Why does this kind of stuff happen in GA? In Catoosa County Girl had her kids taken away without any investigation and given to their father who has an abuse record. His attorney just happened to be the judges chairman and treasurer for reelection. That judge recused himself but the next judge found that girl in contempt because she put up a billboard saying she loved her kids and gave a link to a petition to change ex-parte laws, both are covered under the first amendment. Someone do something!

Thank you to the Rices. Grubbs is unqualified to sit on the Cobb Co. bench. She frequently abuses her power, shows bias, rules out of the laws she is supposed to uphold and fundamentally treats ALL people without respect and due process! That is a FACT. I was wrongfully incarcerated just 4 months ago by this wack job. Lets please find a way to RID ourself of this prejudiced, biased person.

where I was the victim of violent crimes and then falsely arrested.

The state, by means of a very crooked detective, attempted to frame

me for crimes that I not only did not commit, but was in truth the VICTIM.

I am familier with this case...followed it for years while I was fighting corruption in Cherokee County and a crooked detective's attempt to manufacture my guilt for crimes I did not commit--in fact I was the victim! I have attempted to get in touch with her, but have been unable to do so. I now have a case in front of Judge Adele Grubbs. This Judge DISMISSED my lawsuit and then I appealed...and this same judge DISMISSED my appeal. I need some help on this...please.

The Court remanded the case down for an evidentiary hearing on the attorney fees. Also, it appears that the bases for moving for a writ of prohibition was not met (1. The trial judge is illegally presiding over the case, and 2. The trial court has lost legal jurisdiction to try the case). I know you claim that the judge had no legal jurisdiction. I would like to read the Order on the appeal if you could post it.

I personally had Federal Judge McKenna who was appointed by President Bush in the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York fail to follow federal procedure in an ex-parte motion. I filed a complaint; but they just brushed it under the table. I then purchased the domain name CrookedJudges com and I'm planning to allow everyone to post bad Court orders on it from each judge to create a pattern of bad conduct to separate good judges from the bad ones.

I think you did an exceptional job at your presentation in this matter. It is true that judicial misconduct is rampant in the courts. We need to arm our citizens with the knowledge to fight these idiots. I live in Oklahoma an have gained a lot of lawyer and judge enemies for standing up against their tyranny. Keep up the fight. The GA Supreme Court ruled that the attorneys' fees were awarded improperly and remanded it for that issue. Unfortunately, the Court ignored the undeniable fact that the trial court judge was never assigned jurisdiction. The Court also failed to address the prejudicial conduct of the Defendant, Judge Adele Grubbs, which is undeniable and shown in the record, in her own words. So, we are now preparing to take those issues to the U.S. Supreme Court.
