  • @x0x0120 you should buy a heart rate monitor. Its a great way to see how many calories you lose and to monitor your progress. There are some good ones for around 20 - 50 bucks.

  • @x0x0120 Honestly, it depends on how intense your body thinks this workout is and our weight. But...roughly...300 to 400 calories.. depends if you thought it was intense or not

    As darkangel said it really does depend on your fitness levels and how intense your body finds it. I really recommend that people research fitness and diet before staring a routine. There's so much misinformation out there and at first I was so confused. Research reall helped to clarify how it all works and for me to be realistic about results. Plus, I'm immune to the quick fix gimmicks out there!

  • @pervychika666 lol! I like this to, but Zumba is nice for "soft" days! Just for fun and to get moving when I don't really feel like doing something too intense.

  • @deedeedmr haha I know what you mean yesterday I started this tae bo cardio and I felt I was in a military training it was hard!!! , I feel I burn more calories with this tae bo than 30 minutes of jogging!

    also remember guys, eating small portions of food every few hours helps. It got easier after the third week of doing this routine, and seeing the weight come off will motivate you even more. good luck everyone.

  • @elujun1 5 to 6 days a week. I let my body rest every 3 days of workout so I don't burn out. I eat small portions every 2-3 hours. Right now I just want to lose 10 lbs, started a week ago, target date for that goal is end of October, let's see if I can do it this time. Will report back.

  • I alternate this with Insane abs, it's harder after giving birth to baby, but so far I lost 1 lb already in 5 days. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months prior, positive I can do it again, who's with me?!!! Tae bo is the best. Billy is so motivating, love him!

  • @xXLaaPhreshXx good eating habit and workouts for life (at least 3,4 times a week-45 minutes), and U will definitely lose the pounds and not gain them back. As other people said U must also let yr body to relax. If U exercise 5 times/week for a month and have a good diet!!!, I think that U can loose 15 lbs.
