Thank you! Honestly, it is much more of a technique (and practice) than strength. I learned how to do it properly when I was only 140lbs (63kg) about 15 years ago.
It seems effortless because it is. :-) Note that I do not try to lift the bike "up" to the center stand. I cannot do that with a 500lbs bike!
I am frightened as a look at this repeatedly . . . . I see you have a great technique . . i will try it again the right way . . with out getting hernia lol !

* I roll the bike slightly back
* I put down the center stand
* I step on the center stand
* And bike rolls itself onto the stand!
