The outlines aren't very smooth and clean. you should do outlines again after you scanned your work onto the pc. the outlines are much clearer und smoother then. lineart, though. more work, but much nicer.

@AnimeAddict5898 Just un-check the eye box next to the layer, if you have SAI or Photoshop or any coloring program that's generally more advanced. xD The eye box makes the layer visible, so if you want to temporarily get rid of the layer so you can see the stuff under it, just un-check it. :3

how do u change the color of a line on a vector layer?

There's a tool on the vector layer called "Color". Select that, pick the color you want, and click the line. It'll turn into the color you wanted.

well I don't know of tablets but my painter allows me to freely rotate the pic when i hold space and alt and move the picture ^__^

I own PS CS3, Corel Painter 9, Art rage 2.5, Flash CS3, InDesing CS3 and Illustrator CS 3. (yeah It's a lot I know my parents work in computer business so I get all things nice. But the corel painter lets you rotate the canvas and you can rotate the pic in photoshop too but you'll have to use the free transform tool and I think It only works on the layer your on so It's not that useful. Also Paint tool sai and I think manga studio have an option to rotate the canvas as you wish but I'm not sure.

The program that she is using is called Paint tool sai and it does allow you too spin or rotate the picture. There is a trial download, but for the full program you must buy it for 50.00 something dollars ( Tried to calculate from yen.)
