@jesstinator In my opinion, a pink base in a concealer will look gray when applied to blue or purple hues that appear under eyes. Yellow based concealers counteract these tones; I was taught to follow a color wheel, and yellow is opposite purple, which is the color under my eyes. peach/salmon is across blue/blue-green, so if your under eye circles are more blue/green, then that would work perfectly for you!
I have HORRIBLE acne scars over most of my face and although im working on fading them the lower portion is still pretty dark. I want full coverage and was trying to figure out what to use. I always hear about the yellow and green but was recently told about a lavender to use over very dark blemishes on women of color. Do you know this to be true? I so totally want to try this. If you could message me about this I would really appreciate.
cool! i want to try to make a peachy/pink color like the bobbi brown corrector shades! this is such a great idea bc the bobbi brown correctors are over $20!
@143iloveyoouu no not at all! If you want to, any concealer should work! I would suggest still melting it down- in the liquid state, the color you are adding to it will adhere to the concealer more effectively. Good luck!

I was under the impression that peach/salmon corrects blueish dark circles, not yellow.
