Some sources say the nude model's name is Charlotte Rae but if true I can't believe it's the same person as Mrs Garrett from "The Facts of Life". If this video was shot around 1965 then the "Mrs Garrett" Charlotte would've been close to 40 and the nude lady looks to be in her 20's or so. Comments?

The kids at home saw the bit through a different camera that only showed Soupy and the guy with the balloon.
The woman and her breasts, as lovely as they were, were never seen on TV.
Soupy didn't do blue humor, so this bit was a complete surprise to him, and was set up by his crew as a prank on him.
