Nevertheless, their rulings are *recognised* in UK Law if judged reasonable, but they apply to *muslims* who *agree* to be bound by their decisions. Civil, NOT criminal.

There are also Jewish law courts here (Beth Din) operating on the same basis. Speak to that, if you're not a an Islam-hating bigot!
