So very true. I have been away from Lebanon for 10 years, and everytime I come back for a short visit, I resent the state we are in. It's time for change, change of mentality, change of attitude, and change of so-called leaders....

This is a wonderful poem...and so very sad. It brought tears to my eyes when I first heard it. We Lebanese have a very strong sense of national pride that is imbedded in our hearts, even if we had never set foot in Lebanon. We will NEVER give up on our beloved country. I really hope that one day we can all return home.
