This is not the government. Think about it. Why on earth would the governments of the world become so sloppy as to leave a human body laying on open ground as evidence for all to see? Whoever carries out these mutilations can care less about the victims, and the fact that they leave them JUST there in the open means that they are supremely confident that they will never be caught...factor in that Brazil is a UFO hotspot, then it becomes more clear that whoever pilots UFOs, does this.

Researcher Don Ecker discussed this on The Paracast podcast several years ago. He investigated several real cases in the U.S., but met with official resistance when the wound patterns were plugged into the FBI database - almost as if the FBI doesn't want its own agents looking at this too carefully. I once heard that two human mutilations occurred during the Hudson Valley UFO flap, but never was able to confirm this. There may be something truly disturbing happening here.
