@beautifulisnice Thank you for the comment. For the most part of the video, they are singing an East African song in the language called KISWAHILI. This is inspite of the fact that they are in GHANA. It's one of those songs that have crossed several borders readily. The lyrics are:

YESU NI WANGU (Meaning: Jesus is mine)

WA UZIMA WA MILELE (Meaning: Forever more/ For eternity).
