The problem is that there is no reward for being honest. Dishonesty is anti-society activism in its worst and should be punished more harshly than crimes one himself confesses before being inquired about them. Or even better, we should reward honesty since it's a virtue. Otherwise it ends up being just a naive concept and brutally overrun by greed.
