im so annoyed by myself because i also used to be like "wtf this is not the real avril" when best damn thing came out but now, after looking more into her again i realize that the "real" avril is whatever the media made her up to be and that really only herself knows who she is. she's made up to be a tomboy rocker chick and then that means that she apparently HAS to stay that way, but people change! and respect for her to embrace the change rather than pretending she's still someone she now isnt
