Well unfortunately Youtube doesn't seem to know of new lines, so copy pasting the list resulted in a mess. Anyway, if you happen to have a Niconicodouga account, the videos are listed there in the comments, right when they appear.
There are like 138 videos used in this one, and I was able to find most of them there.
I know the author diddnt mean this intentional, but due to the events in the mmd community just a week before the first reupload this caused me to cry. ;w;
That montage even has the MMD, where Len is chased down by miku in a tank and eventually obliterated by Rin who happens to have a battle ship. I can't remember what it's called though. :(
