Probably an incentive, like a toy or treat, like in the clip where the handler gives the pooble a treat when he comes off the seesaw. Also do some command work, like "watch me" and "heel" so he knows to pay attention, focus on you, and is more obedient. And he gets his reward, so he'll enjoy it and work for his reward! Just a couple of thoughts, sorry couldn't be of more help!
I have a miniatue poodle too and I'm teaching him agility. But sometimes when I'm outside he doesn't pay attention and he starts to run the course so slow he's practically walking. any tips or help? :)

Also do some command work with him, like "watch me" and "heel" so he keeps up with you, focus on you, and is more obedient. Just a thought but a dog trainer may be able to do some hands on work with you, sorry couldn't be off more assistance!
