Super Mario Galaxy 2: Yoshi Slide glitch

Not so hard to do.. I found one fun thing with this: Try to eat a dash pepper when you are in slide mode with Yoshi. :P

hey, i have a continue to that glitch. i tried to do it in my wii and if you grab the cloud flower while sliding in the starship mario, mario will start siding too as he gets off yoshi! try t it is cool. wow i can´t believe i was the first person to do it on the world

I found that if you stop and turn around yoshi does it normally but then resumes sliding...

I think the only purpose to this glitch is that you can get into small passages without crouch so you can get into these passages faster.

Say, I got an idea. Go to a yoshi level, playing as luigi, and go around the level in a circle using the glitch. then beat it. Then go back to the level as mario, and race luigi's ghost with the glitch. The result is Super Mario Galaxy Kartish Thingy!

If you get the cloud powerup mario/luigi'll be sliding in the same position but without yoshi.
