She does not have my sympathy. To those who are excusing her addictions as a form to relief stress is a complete tool. 1 - What I realized about weed is that it gives one a moment to stop and "breathe" - with the added consciousness state alternate reality were you find yourself "not carrying about anything".

So, this is what you must equalize yourself with: the capacity to stop for a moment, breathe, relax and "give yourself a break" without having to take any drug.

2 - If you are honest with yourself you will see that the experience weed provides in energy based.

You have to find your-Self as "relaxation" without it being energy based. This means that you will have to investigate the opposite polarity where you, for example, find yourself very busy and "without any time to do anything". One experience creates the other because positive and negative are the 2 sides of the same coin.

3 - The solution is to forgive yourself for participating in both polarities of the mind: the "stress/rush" and the "relaxation" weed provides.

You will have to push yourself to say "NO/STOP" to both point so that you do not act from a "mind starting point" - thus you move and will yourself.

So, make peace with the fact that it will be a process of stopping the addiction. You will have to stand and say "no/stop" to establish your self-trusts and self-determination as yourself

Before coming to conclusions based on what you belief about self forgiveness, I suggest you apply it and experience the release of addictions, anger, hate, jealousy, shame, guilt - you name it - it first hand.

If one takes drugs "in moderation" that means that there is no real "Stopping".

@JoaoJesusHere people with addictive personalities seldom find a cure for it just an alternative addiction. the occasional spliff is harmless. and the alcohol industry thrives upon. the friday night binge drinker. most people at one point or another have over indulged in the good stuff. after all we are all human and deserve an occasional release from a hard and or shitty day at work. people who are tee total in any vice are in the minority and in most cases have there own crutch (religion)

Yes - as humans we definitely should and must enjoy ourselves and each other.

What I am saying is that everyone can in fact cure oneself from addictions and even the stress caused by this economic system: Test it for yourself - if you have the courage.

God is also an addiction --- the addiction to the energy as the beLIEf that someone/something else is responsible for us and that all will be fine in "heaven".

All of this can and must be stopped if we are to in fact be free

Yes, absolute self abuse and self hatred without having the will to stop can lead to one's self-destruction if not stopped through Self Forgiveness and an actual dedication to quit any type of addiction that only works as a mind-ailment that will never allow us to take self responsibility for what we've become.
