the best choice i can advice with is if it is the navy bring all the document to the NAVAL ADVOCATE GENERAL and show it, for they will not tolerate this actions along with the people responsible for the incorrect apprehention......coz these personnel just following orders.......only if its the NAVY. normally they know the code of the sea......I tell you there's an immediate dishonorable discharge if proven.....it's not yet too late you still hurry up your grievancies to them.....

With the new administration, and change in power, you need to push this straight up to manila and the presidents office. Stand outside, make meetings, don't stop until someone has heard your case. Call and invite local TV and have rally outside the capitol, within the law, hold signs, someone will have to take notice to you. Then hopefully someone in larger power than the people who are perpetrating this, can come to that place and put them in their place. Telling them, you won't do this.
