mmm...did I miss something? demo and rubble? i'll havta check your channel now...hehe, I think I do have an idea of how wonderful it is to see...I've been through 3 house renovations, one of them after a fire...add smoke to rubble...BIG yuck!!!!!

I haven't been there since the opening celebrations, and at the time the landscaping hadn't been quite completed, so this was a treat to see the gardens all grown in.

The whole complex is an architectural marvel. Hope they've gotten the art part sorted out by now! hehe

I heard it was terribly crowded back then...(you'll have to go again!) I don't know about the art part heheee, but the gardens were beautiful...what a difference landscaping does make :D
