I watched a USDA beagle sniff out a pear, apples, muffins etc on people when I went through customs this spring and he was polite and well mannered about it. Just think one good dog costs next to nothing and is 1000 times more effective then our present technology. I like dogs i don't like TSA agents who groped me and ordered me around like a criminal.
I see no issues with the Airport security. I recently travelled from Canada to Europe which involved 6 different planes.
Only once did I set the metal detectors off after I had emptied my pockets. They gave me the option of the body scan or the pat down. I went pat down, & in 2 minutes I was on my way.
