Hi Tuan!. How did you learn that exercise?. I have been training in gym for nearly a year now and im want to strenghten my back. Is deadlift the best exercise for that?
Fucking hell, im lookin for a vid to help my improve overhand pull ups so i can join the Royal Marines, and you see the guy face and when he get up hes a fuckin ripped beast!
hey i was wondering if you can suggest me some workout to build a bigger back because when i workout my back i feel im not giving it a hard enough workout any suggestions?
@roughneckasian there is actually a speical way to do 1 hand pull ups use 1 hand to pull up, and with your other hand, grab your forearm, that's how i can do 1 handed pull ups.
Hey Tuan, nice thing... problem is, when i tried this i can only do it 4 reps for each side and then a trainer came to me and told me that this is wrong and there's no such thing like this type of workout, he said this could harm my shoulder joints or something. Every time I copied your tech he said it all wrong. Any advice(s)?
very sorry to hear that. people will always voice what they believe to be right or wrong. however, just because the trainer was taught 1 method of training, that does not mean it is the only way to train. next time he tells you that u r doing something wrong, ask him do marathon runners do the same exerciese as olympic sprinters? how about gymnest, boxers, powerlifters, cross fit, free runners, breakdancers? last, any exercise can hurt bc there is always a risk no matter how safe it is
this dude has an amazing back, anyone know if he just uses the bar or does he use machines like the lat pulldown to..cuz i cant to the pull up bar yet
i use many different exercises and yes, lat pulls, cables, dumb bells...etc. if you can not do pulls ups yet, make sure you are training up to it for they are a staple movement in my program. good luck
that is a great excersise, im half lao and half american so thats pretty cool. im 15 5'1 and 115 lbs. im curious to see how many pushups you could do, my record is 130 without stop.
I am Vietnamese. This is the first time anyone though I could pass for indian. For some reason, I get alot of people asking me if I am a combination of this or that, just surprising to see how many combinations I have been asked
YES!!! i am glad you asked. In my opinion, they are the most important part to hit. I train legs minimum twice a week. up to just a few years ago, my legs were not in proportion with my upper body because how large they are. 605 powerlifting style squat and 551 deadlift raw are my best 1 rep max currently. hoping to go 600 raw deadlift and 650 raw squat in Nov. for the UT All Natrual Powerlifting in Austin, Texas. Wish me luck
From your videos I assumed you were about 5'11". You pack an amazing amount of natural muscle on your 5'7" frame. You are one of those rare guys who has massive muscles yet looks natural, athletic, and aesthetically pleasing.
thanks for the comment. I try to say as balance as possible. to me it makes no sences to have so much muscle when it is not functional. whats the point. also, i wish bodybuild was more like the golden age in the late 60s and 70's when it was highly respected vs how its more like a circuts now with all the roid and gh monsters. but maybe one day it will change
I bet if you asked 1,000 guys whether they'd prefer to be built like you or like Jay Cutler, at least 900 would choose your physique. As to women's preferences, I'm sure over 900 out of 1,000 would choose their boyfriend to be built like you rather than, say, Flex Wheeler.
for some reason, i look so much bigger in this clip...lol. but i wish my leg would just catch up. damn fat ass legs. but at least i can leg press a car...lol
It a way all bodybuilders have either a little or a lot of the Adonis complex (always wanting to change their bodies for perfection) but the problem is when it gets out of hand to the point similar to women that are anorexic or bulimic. Some guys may use roids and drugs, other many over training beyond the body's limit. This is where the problem lies.
Once my bodybuilding contests r over, I gain my natural weight back and go into my powerlifting mode. That is when I am happiest for I don't need to try to look like the perfect body. My girlfriend will sec. that. I only try to go the perfection for that is what they are looking for on stage in the bodybuilding contest. But I will never resort to dangerous means or put my health at risk just for a trophy.
I am glad to see this term up for many guys may have a serious level of this disorder and not be aware of it, but it can lead to many problems. good comment.
yea. everyone who works out knows this kind of feeling. normally its a good feeling because it helps you to reach your aims (lifting weights etc). but some guys loses their relation to the reality which means they allways comare themselves with real bodybuilders and do not see the "simple bodies" of regular people. and this fact causes the disordering you are talking about i guess. kind regards from germany...
Yea, thats exactly how I feel, Like i'm 15 and Its hard not to compare yourself to your idols which are much more genetically more gifted and older than you.
PLANCHES ARE AN AMZAZING MOVEMENT. I hate to say it but I can just barly hold that positions for a few secs, much less do a push up with the feet in the air. RESPECT TO ANYONE WHO CAN DO IT. As for the muscle up, i can only do a few, but god its hard. i will post a muscle up on the rings later. They will not look great, but at less i will be able to say i can do it, even if its just 1...lol. Thnanks for the comment. I will work hard on the planches
thanks for the msg. yeah, my legs are very heavy and being around 195 to 198 at 5'7, plaches and other body movements are very difficult, but i will keep training and one day i will get it. but if you can planche, reguardless how bad the form, you still have my respects
thanks for the comment, but no need to do every night, just add them in to your push and pull workouts. As for mass, the best mass builders for me are powerlifting style squats and barbell deadlifts.

because they're utilizing different groups of muscles
