i was in the northport marching band over a decade ago. we used to say "Hofstra was a contest until they realized Northport kept winning every year so they made it a festival just to be fair to all the other schools".
this band is amazing! I'm part of seaford hs marching band, and for some reason theres a rivalry between us its dumb. the only reason they hate northport is cuz theyre so good, and nobody in our band cares about it at all. i'd give anything to be in ur band ! :]
