Hi wasn't playing any actual songs but trying to play something in the style of my tele heroes in order to best demo the sunburst which I was selling. I was thinking Steve Cropper, James Burton, Danny Gatton that kind of thing and went a bit bluesy! The cropper thing is basically my girl I guess!!!
i could really hear the difference. The sunburst is lot more mellow and darker a bit, probably because of the rosewood, but still got the telecaster sound. The other telecaster is brighter, and has the telecaster sound too. thanks!
They sound quite different, but both sound very good. I'm with tagruvto, I prefer the '72, but for anything jazzy gotta go with the nocaster. Good stuff. Also, love your playing.
Good video! The tonal differences between the two guitars are very obvious - which is really nice. They both have their place. I personally like the Fender OV sound a little more but that is personal preference. If I only played jazz I would now go for the nocasters! :)
