I never knew this about Michael Jackson, having lupus. I have one of my best friend's who is changing right before my eyes who is dealing with lupus. Her face is puffy just like Michael's, she once had a slender face. Her skin tone and appearance is no longer smooth. Her hands are dealing with some form of discomfort and looking larger than usual, her bone structure is changing. My grandmother has vitiligo (I know I mispelled it) and she no longer looks the same either, her nose changed too.
