Well I did buy the book (at a thrift store) and read it. The information she gave was a lot of stuff I already did know and I wish it went into further detail in some areas but there were also things I did not know. Her book has really helped me out mentally rather than my skin issues which is another thing to tackle. The mind is linked to your external beauty as well as the things you consume on a day-to-day basis. So overall it's not bullshit to me but could have been more informative.

I think this is great. I definately believe it's legit. The mind is a very powerful thing, and our stress level certainly affects our bodies. I need to look more into this. How do I learn more?
