Many wrestlers within the WWE were surprised to find out she was released. Christy was even in the WWE divas 2006 calender so it must've been a last decision thing to release her. She wanted to get in the ring and wrestle and she imrpoved greatly in a very short amount of time. WWE even sent Crhisty to OVW to train.
She got fired because Vince McMahon never wanted to hire her. That contest was suposed to be fixed for that Playmate chick to win, but when the fans made it clear they wanted Christy, he had no choice. It was so obviouse when every one is getting cheered but her, and yet she made it to the finals.
