  • to quote George Washington, the real purpose of the establishment of the United States was to create a WORLD GOVERNMENT

  • @leadcreator You have no evidence or any actual source so your argument is irrational and invalid

  • Jefferson had little or nothing to do with writing the US Constitution as he was in France at the time. To say that it was a document "he worked so hard to come up with" reveals an ignorance of the facts about Jefferson. Jefferson was certainly no saint, but get the facts straight if you are going to claim to present "real" history.

  • Jefferson violated the constitution, but seperation of powers still works fine. Gerald Ford was an avid antisemite, the assembly line still works fine.

  • fuckin A

  • wow, they were liars.

  • my favrit part is when you said "its us against them"! omg it made me laugh and laugh

  • Very entertaining and insightful analysis.

  • Great video, Mr.Mol. Sound quality also seems improved.

  • Damn it! I used to kind of like jefferson.

  • I still do.

I still consider Rothbard and Nocks writings on Jefferson to be largely inspiring. I realize he was no saint in office but I do not think him such a monster as Stef. (Especially compared to Washington)

  • @thorsmitersaw - suggestion, read the history of his "teenage slave girl" , Sally Hemmings whom Jefferson farthered 5 children and then imagine him not such a monster, if you have any children image one of yours in captivity to such a saint?

  • Do you own a teleprompter?

  • Haha, yeah, just got one! :)

  • But what about barrack obama ?!?!?!

    lol sorry

  • If any candidate is guilty of professing ideals for the sake of gaining power, it's him.

In the end though, that's what all of the candidates are doing.

  • great great video. I wish you could do a video about the Scandinavian countries, which are, in most cases, the "historic" proof that state supporters bring to the table when debating the issue. They say those countries has the highest taxes around the globe, and still have the lowest criminal statistics, highest wages and better life quality, arguing that the more taxes you establish, the better the hole country will be. Help me with that argument Stef! thx ;)

  • Yes, please! This is a common theme from Progressives like Thom Hartman.

  • I think you miss the point. Tax is violent and immoral. Beating slaves to work harder to create more profit which then marginally improves the chains with which they are bound, is not a an argument against the evil of slavery, which is the core issue. Being yourself content with chains and beatings doesn't give you the right to impose that upon others; which is what taxation is.

  • I agree, i mean im totally with anarcho-capitalism. My point is that Stef just made a video about the history part of the increasing evil of the State, and who it just bring to power to those who are evil themselves. I argue normally about the evil morality of the State with somewhat arguments like yours, but the bring the historical issue of the Scandinavian countries. Thats what i want to be able to refute from a historic view. Thats all.

  • Yes, 'NiceYourself' also makes good points. It would not necessarily be because of the amount of taxation, there might be hundreds of factors. I suppose you would have to look into the political and economic history of Scandinavian countries. I'm sure you could find case studies elsewhere showing that the opposite were true. Statistics themselves can also be misleading. For example; criminality could depend as much upon law, culture, education and social environment as anything else.

  • Correlation doesn't equal causation. There are many factors influencing the conditions of a country besides how high there taxes are. Having less war, for example, contributes to their taxes not being wasted to the same degree as us. Conditions depend on the mindset and resources of the population. Afterall, the market produces all conditions, including the State

  • There were a lot of reasons for the failure of the original american government, like the hypocrisy of slavery.
