I see now that it is on the FRC301 recording of Norman Edmonds & The Old Timers.
Great tune! It's the wonderful version I heard originally from a Norman Edmonds recording on Davis Unlimited. The late Norman Edmonds was from the Hillsville-Galax area & had a great band called the Old-Timers. Don't recall exactly when he passed away but he was at Union Grove in the 60s & was quite old by then.
