At first glance one wouldn't see this as an accurate matchup. But for someone who is really into the story and understands what Byakuya went through, it really does describe the storm that raged inside his heart.

Now that I think about it, yes, this song does fit Byakuya way more than Ichigo because you get the general idea about Ichigo and what he's going through just because he's the main character. You never really notice the conflict raging inside of Byakuya because he's always so quiet and serene. That's the one key element that fits this song and Byakuya. He tries hiding everything, but on the inside, he's trying to break out. I loved this video. You get 1,000 (Scatter...Senbonzakura!) stars.

I like the concept of this video (leaving aside Byakuya is my all time fave character). It's true the song fits him more than Ichigo, since Ichigo's inner conflict originated from an different entity inside him while Byakuya's conflict originates from his own feelings of being torn between the vows he made to Hisana and his deseased parents and the feeling of sorrow, due to the loss of his wife (RIP). Byakuya was never able to move on, in contrary to Ichigo.

Very nice video, well done! This song fits perfectly well both byakuya and ichigo/hichigo, imo. It's just like Comatose from skillet, another angst song that can be used for byakuya/hisana/rukia or ichigo/hichigo/rukia. Different conflicts, but conflicts nonetheless.

I understand my choice for using Byakuya may seem a little a odd, but I think this song is more about an internal conflict inside oneself. Ichigo's internal conflict was externalized, so it seemed less real to me, while Byakuya's wasn't.

You know, I get where your point is. Heh, when I named my AMV I was thinking that Byakuya was more having a conflict than ichigo, ichigo's just kind of like.. "Yeah, im gonna save rukia because i owe her nothing else yeah.. whatever" while byakuya is having issues because of how he lied to rukia and hisana and yatayata
