hi my mk1 (2005) touran has the same shape headlights where did you get the projector lights from as I'm sure they weren't introduced until the mk2 touran (2007)??

Crappy ballasts are extremely picky about their input voltage. Replace the ballasts and you should be good.

Lol they are the original healights from the VW Touran but fitted on a caddy. But the problem was alredy solved.

did you put the sensor on back axle? the sensor for automatic adjust of the height of lights?

errrm, no but i connected it directly to the battery and it stays the same! ;( The beam height changes only... no luck there
