Much harder to score than Torres', ball bounced half a foot in the air the moment before he kicked it, only way that would have gone in is if Ronaldo was running onto the ball.

On the other hand, Torres had a fantastic game, and Rooney slipped on a penalty so I have no idea how Utd fans could call Torres on that at all. We were as just as embarrassing, if not more so.

To be fair the ball did have a late unexpected bounce which caused him to hit under it and then to slice it and send it wide but for a player at his skill level and value he should have put it away. He's just lucky that miss didn't cost him the game.
