I always have my shedninja hold an antidote in case that happens.
PS Shedninjas are amazing. Its interesting how they can win against any level of pokemon, but also lose against any too.

Did you know that no move can defeat shedninja since it has wonder guard which means it cannot get killed by a direct attack!

Yes you can defeat it, wonder guard only protects shedninja against all attacks that are not super effective to shedninja.
