This is the sound of railroading at its finest.......3 big 645 series EMDs struggling uphill with a heavy unit train. And no GEVOs or widecabs in sight. Classic

There's nothing better than the sound of SD40s of any variety at full throttle. Great video.

Pretty much. I'm pretty happy that the backside of my place allows me to hear them coming and going on the grade.

Just west of Saxonburg, In fact Dinnerbell is right below the tracks. Used to be a trestle about 90 years ago.
