  • When I went, I didn't see any pygmy elephants or rhinos :(

  • Being a pioneer tour guide, I've seen what Sukau was before tourist came in droves. My pal Cede Prudente used to swim the tiny Menanggol river to cross over to our lodge just near the river mouth. Encroachement of Proboschis Monkeys natural habitat by Oil Palm Estates increase daily. Just walk behind the trees beside the river and you'll discover the real inconvenient truth. What you see is purely cosmetics! Can Sabah government succeed on its objective to preserve wildlife?

  • This video forgets to mention one endangered species, "Borneo rhino". In addition, we must stop the Western demands of softwood and hardwood for thrive on furniture, building materials or musical instruments.

  • Very good and educational video. However, WWF should have taken action on deforestation earlier. Now, most of the Sabah forest are cut down for building, oil palm plantation, agriculture and roads. Sabah has landslide and flooding whenever in the monsoon season. The Kinabatangan flooding helps to provide the nutrients to the trees very much alike the Amazon River.
