I still believe there should be a Malcolm X day instead. I fell in with his ideas more than Dr King. Maybe not his Islamic ones but I never was a th of Kings defenseless protesting. There would of never been a Malcolm X day for the simple fact that this nation is basically a Christian nation and he believed to seems yourself by any means necessary.
Dr. King was a revolutionary...his ideas rang so true in a time where it was dangerous to be right when the government was wrong, and he ended up paying for that truth with his life. We can't let that happen to our great thinkers, philosophers and revolutionaries anymore...we have got to start protecting what we believe in and that fight starts on the Internet with acts like SOPA and the Protect IP Act.
