Amazing how the sound of this gorgeously eccentric piece worked so well in the Albert Hall, one of the oddest chamber Noises, sandwiched between two gigantic other masterworks of Janacek,(Sinfonietta & Glagolitic Mass). I much enjoyed this performance in the hall, and it sounds just as good on re-hearing. Thank you.
