We have not been taking care of our natural resources and damaging our home since the industrial age. Everything to make life easier, faster, and to make more money. Now look, our climate is not the same anymore. we are seeing storms and events happening more and more frequently and they are stronger and more deadlier. just buil a series of giant walls araound the shore.. and through the cities they should have some kindda drain system or tunels for the water to flow, all you need is CEMENT and BRICKS you dont even need to buy bricks i bet you have the materials to make it,even i can get good ideas :D
